Drive to Rasuwagadhi (1950m / 15 km / 45 min from Syabrubesi), then complete immigration & custom formalities in Nepal & Tibet side at Rasuwagadhi, then meet with Tibetan guide and driver and continue further drive to Kyirong town (2900m) – 1 hrs / 35 km. |

Today is the rest day in Kyirong for the acclimatization purpose. You should wander around market warming up the body. |

After breakfast, drive to Saga via Kyirong High Pass, Peiku Tso Lake & Brahmaputra River (4400m / 170 km / 4 hrs). You will get hot pack lunch for today. Dinner at hotel in Saga. |

Lake Manasarovar |
Drive, Saga to Chiu Gompa (4600m) via Mayum-La High Pass & driving around Lake Manasarovar – 9 hrs / 510 km. Hot pack lunch on the way and dinner at guesthouse in Chiugompa. |

Darchen |
Morning, holy bath & puja in Lake Manasarovar & after lunch drive to Darchen (4700m) – 1 hr / 40 km. You can stroll around market in Darchen for acclimatization and shopping of any useful things for Kailash Kora or for Souvenir. |

Diraphuk |
After breakfast, get pack lunch then drive to Yama Dwar (8 km / 30 min), do darshan of closest view of Mt. Kailash (south face) & then start trekking to Diraphuk (4950m) – 5-6 hrs / 14 km. Those who are not going for kora will stay back in hotel at Darchen. |

Zuthulphuk |
Early morning wake up to have darshan of Golden Kailash on clear weather day. By the same time have early breakfast and start trekking from Diraphuk to Zuthulphuk (4850m) passing through Dolma La High Pass (5600m) & Gauri Kunda darshan – 9-10 hrs / 22 km. |

Trek upto near Darchen (1.5 hrs / 08 km) and then drive to Darchen for breakfast and meet all group members, get hot pack lunch then continue drive to Dongba (4400m / 6 hrs / 325km) Or towards Saga (4400m / 8 hrs / 490 km. Late evening reach at Dongba or Saga and have dinner. |

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

❖ The payment of the total invoice must be cleared before the group departure to Nepal.
❖ All the cost will be extra for any rescue or evacuation purpose due to emergency & there will not be any refund
policy for the tour give up due to this.
❖ Tour itinerary can be changed without any prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances such as Government
restriction imposed in China or in Nepal, Landslides & road blockage enroute, flood, heavy snowfall, political unrest,
cancellation OR delay of flight and sickness or accident. Any extra expenses / cost incurring due to the unforeseen
situation shall be borne by the clients directly on the spot.

TRIP BOOKING PROCEDURE:
1) You should fill in the Kailash Tour Booking Form with your signature and photo. Then scan the filled booking
form and your passport with six month validity from the date of tour (1st ID page and last information page) and
send all the scan color copies of them to our email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
2) Transfer the booking amount for the confirmation of the trip in our given bank accounts. Once advance booking
amount transferred, give us transfer slip copy by email.
3) Limit luggage to 1 piece with 15kgs.
4) We will confirm and proceed your booking with applying Kailash travel permit in Lhasa with the help of passport
copy and after receiving the permit, we will again apply Tibet group visa in Chinese Embassy at Delhi (for Indian
Nationals) Or at Kathmandu (for NRI / Foreign Nationals) with your original passport.
5) Original Passport of Indian Nationals needs to be submit / send to our Delhi visa office before 15 days of the
tour departure date in order to process to obtain Tibet group visa. After obtaining visa in Delhi, your passport will
be handover to you at your city if visa obtain early days or at Delhi airport or at Nepalgunj if visa receive lately.
Also, if there is any new rules of Biometric apply by Chinese Embassy then the Indian pilgrims must be present in
Delhi at Chinese Embassy for Biometric process.
6) NRI or Foreign Nationals need to be arrive in Kathmandu few days earlier than of normal arrival date and
handover the passport with a color photo (35mm x 45mm size) to our representative of Kathmandu office. The
visa formality takes five working days in Kathmandu so that their arrival days should be fall on Sunday to meet
the visa procedure working days. If your departure dates do not meet these arrival days, then please contact us
before you confirm your flight ticket. The additional cost thereof incurs due to early arrival than of above package
itinerary for visa formalities should be borne by NRI guests itself.
7) The balance payment amount should be clear before a month of departure date.
8) For Indian Nationals: Sometimes the permit or visa process may get delay due to internal reason of China
Government; thus your passport will also be delay to receive back being it is in Embassy for visa procedure. In this
situation, please be noted the Voter ID (for Indian Nationals) should be must bear or carry to take the flight from
the city of India to Kathmandu in case of such Permit / Visa delayed. Voter ID is the only alternative valid travel
document for Indian Nationality if you could not show passport at Immigration. If any of you have no Voter ID and
your passport also does not receive back from Chinese Embassy before your flight date, then you should change
your plan to reach Kathmandu via land route instead of flight or change the flight schedule. Please let us know in
advance if you do not have Voter ID so that we can take necessary precaution in time. Moreover, the additional
expenses incur due to delay of permit or visa or any other uncontrollable reason should bear the cost by the clients
/ guests itself. (Please note this mentioned note in point 7 will not be applicable or invalid if Biometric rules apply)
CANCELLATION RULES:-
❖ Flat Rs. 2,000/- per person or tour amount whichever is higher
❖ Nil refund for cancellation within 15 days prior to the tour date
❖ 25% refund for cancellation between 15-30 days prior to the tour date.
❖ 50% refund for cancellation beyond 30 days
NO Refund of GST amount
ADDITIONAL NEW RULES IMPOSED BY FEC (FOREIGN EXCHANGE CENTRE T.A.R):
1) If the duration of the stay of the pilgrims exceeds the period limit specified in the program itinerary, Pilgrims must
pay 40 USD per pilgrim per day as overdue permit charge and in addition responsible for accommodation & yaks
and yak man expenses as well as other expenses caused by overdue stay.
2) If the pilgrim leaves the group for non-sickness reasons, those pilgrims must pay 100 USD per pilgrim per day as
liquidated damage to FEC, Lhasa. Other expenses, including but not limited to service charge, accommodation,
guide surcharge, meals, transportation, visa splitting expenses caused by the leave shall be borne by Pilgrims also.
The pilgrims have to clear the amount to Tibetan guide or local Chinese manager directly.
3) New additional names are not allowed to add after the first permit application of the pilgrims already submitted.
4) Regulations for Pilgrims over 70 Years Old: Subject to the age on passport, Pilgrims aged 70 or above in the
year of pilgrimage are subject to this regulation
a) The following documents should be submitted for these pilgrims: (l) Health examination report within 6
months by Indian public hospital above the county level. Content of the report should include doctor's
judgment and suggestion whether the pilgrim's physical condition is suitable for the Plateau areas (4000
meters or 13,000 feet above sea level).
b) Application by the pilgrim to express the intention for pilgrimage in T.A.R.; the application should be signed
and fingerprinted by the Pilgrim and two direct relatives.
c) FEC, Lhasa will judge whether to allow the pilgrim entry T.A.R. according to these documents. Pilgrims
suffering from high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma and Other diseases which are not suitable for
entering plateau areas cannot apply the permit.
d) Accompany requirement: at least two direct relatives required.
e) Pilgrim over 70 years old should keep guarantee deposit to us at the time of booking confirmation along with
tour deposit amount. The guarantee deposit is refundable after the completion of the yatra/trip. But if the
pilgrim died for any reason within trip period, then that deposit USD 1000 should pay to FEC, Tibet
Government as liquidated damage. In addition, all the expenses incur thereof due to pilgrims expired for
hospital, treatment, medicines, transportation, usage of manpower, visa splitting charge, accommodation etc
should take responsible by his/her relatives.
f) Health examination before Parikrama: Local medical centre of FEC will make health examination on pilgrims
over 70 years old and give a proposal whether they are suitable for parikrama. If doctor's proposal is "not
suitable for parikrama", this pilgrim needs to stop the trip and stay back & rest in Darchen.
